What People Say…

“This session exceeded my expectations. It was perfect learning about colour in a group. Just 1 hour with Sheila has changed how I look at myself, my colours and my style. I can’t wait to learn more when we next meet.”
Angela Coleman, Sheldwich WI on the Green

“I have known Sheila Caulfield for approximately five years. In 2016 I invited Sheila to speak to my Women’s Institute on her subject COLOUR. Sheila proved to be passionate, interesting and very knowledgeable about this topic and members requested follow up workshops. Sheila offered individual analysis with practical activities to determine participants’ colour palettes. This was fascinating and thoroughly enjoyed by those taking part in the group discussion and the realisation that colour influences all aspects of life such as mood, confidence and behaviour.
Interestingly, I have noticed a marked change in one of my quiet, reticent members in that she is now more confident and is prepared to speak up at meetings. Unknown to me at the time, this lady had been having individual sessions with Sheila. I think this result really says it all !!!!!!!
I can recommend Sheila with confidence.”

“I so enjoyed the lunch together with my friends in my home. I must say how much the ladies and I enjoyed our workshop with you regarding colours and style. It has certainly made a difference to me. I have a different attitude to what I wear each day. I now think about what I am doing that day and how I want my presence to be felt. I don’t work, so don’t want power. I socialise a lot so I’m now choosing colours that make me feel happy and lively and it’s working. I can’t wait until I have lost a bit more weight so that I can go clothes shopping again. I’m going to have a fantastic wardrobe which is complimentary to me, and I’m hoping to find that I won’t be buying things I would not wear that are impulsive buys so I’m not going to waste money too…. bonus!
Thank you Sheila for making a difference to my life”.

“It was lovely to meet you… I would like to thank you for your very entertaining session last night. All the ladies thoroughly enjoyed the evening, and we had some good feedback.”
